The Beach

Once a major tourist attraction, most of The Beach has been bought up by the major corporations and turned into gated, landscaped communities for their middle and upper management in the area. Not content to live in high-rise apartments or Archologies, these corporate fat-cats have built mansions over top of the thriving boardwalk from 264 up to Fort Story. South of 264, some public beaches have been maintained and new hotels have risen.
